Eric Soles is the founder and owner of ITM Landscape, a family-owned landscaping company serving Lawrenceville and the greater Metro Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Duluth, and surrounding communities. Eric earned his BS in Business and Marketing from Georgia Southern University, building a strong foundation in strategy and client relations before stepping into the corporate world.

After several years in corporate business, Eric set out to build something of his own. What began as a handful of lawn care accounts grew, under his vision and hands-on leadership, into a full-service landscaping company offering everything from lawn maintenance and landscape design to hardscape installation, drainage solutions, outdoor living spaces, and commercial landscape services.

Eric's approach to business is rooted in people first. He prioritizes genuine relationships with employees, customers, and others across the landscaping industry, believing that strong connections are what sustain long-term success. While he keeps a close eye on the big-picture direction of the company, he remains just as invested in the day-to-day work that keeps clients satisfied and projects moving forward.

Under Eric's leadership, ITM Landscape has earned recognition as a Best of Gwinnett winner in both 2024 and 2025, and the company continues to expand its reputation for reliable, detail-oriented service throughout the region. Eric is passionate about helping homeowners and businesses transform their outdoor spaces into functional, beautiful environments that stand the test of time.
