Monthly maintenance programs begin at $200/month
ITM Landscape Management provides full-service commercial and residential lawn maintenance programs in Gwinnett County, GA. We provide a detail-oriented, quality, comprehensive approach to maintaining properties.
ITM maintenance programs consist of either:
51 visits: weekly visits year-round
or
46 visits: weekly visits during the growing season; biweekly visits between mid-December and mid-March
Maintenance of your property will include:
Mowing and edging of turf weekly during the growing season
Seasonal pruning of all trees and shrubs
Hand pruning of all ornamental trees and shrubs
Weed control in bed areas and concrete areas
Blowing all areas free of debris
Fall and winter leaf removal
Scalping of warm season turf in the beginning of spring
Optional turf chemicals for fertilization and weed control*
*In order to keep your lawn healthiest, regular fertilization and weed control is strongly recommended. We give the option to include this service as part of your monthly rate.
